Any work that a histopathologist specialized in breast carcinoma can help with. Some examples: Review of cases and classification according to current international standards, assessment of tumor infiltrating lymphocytes (TILs), evaluation of immunohistochemical stains such as estrogen receptor, progesterone receptor, human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2), proliferation marker Ki67 and many other immunohistochemical markers.

I can also assist in the development of tools for breast cancer diagnostics, i.e., artificial intelligence (AI)-based software.

It is not uncommon for scientific papers to contain histology or cytology images that are out of focus, have a background, or show incorrect white balance. With extensive experience in photography and access to a high quality fluorescence microscope, Olympus BX63 and Olympus camera DP80, I offer to create high quality histological and cytological images for scientists, to use in publications. The DP80 camera combines a color and a monochrome sensor and has, among other features, the ability to couple images from the two sensors pixel by pixel, which allows efficient and precise combination of color and fluorescence images.
